102-run victory for Warrington

WARRINGTON won by 102 runs at Middlewich after being put in to bat first and scoring 221 in 44 overs.

Skipper Liam Jenkins hit 45 and wicket keeper Mike Rudd 59 while Ashley Schools hit an unbeaten 40.
Umer Zeb took3-24 as the home side were dismissed for 119.
Warrington 2nd also won, at home to Heaton Mersey. Winning the toss they inserted the visitors and bowled them out for 129, Ravi Sabba taking 5-33. Warrington then cantered to 132-3, thanks to an all-round solid batting performance.
Warrington 3rd won by 29 runs at Stockport Trinity, batting first and scoring 173-6, and dismissing the home side for 144.
The 4th XI lost by 26 runs at home to Bowdon Vale.

Grappenhall picked up a welcome victory at Cheadle Hulme
Winning the toss they batted first and hit 223-9, James Knowles 69. The home side were bowled out for 187.
Grappenhall 2nd also won after hitting at home to Haslington.
Arthur Pennington hammered a superb 170 not out and Zach Tully 50. Haslington were rolled over for a meagre 82, Ethan Marrable-Wright taking 3-17.
