DAVID Wilson Homes is preparing to launch a new development at Daresbury Garden Village, near Warrington.
A brand new sales centre will open at Queens Reach on Thursday, June 25, with an event taking place for prospective purchasers from 2pm to 6pm.
Located off Keckwick Lane, the development will deliver 142 homes, including a collection of three, four and five-bedroom semi-detached, detached and mews properties, designed to meet the needs of a wide range of buyers.
Visitors to the launch event will be among the first to learn more about the homes ahead of the official release.
A selection of show homes is due to be unveiled shortly after the event, giving visitors further opportunity to experience the lifestyle on offer.
Jennifer Burns, sales director at David Wilson Homes North West, said: “ This is a superb opportunity to get an early look at what promises to be one of the area’s most sought-after new communities.”
The development forms part of the wider Daresbury Garden Village, offering a blend of countryside living with excellent transport connections to Liverpool, Manchester and Chester.
Queens Reach will also include 3.8 acres of open space and a children’s play area, with a further contribution of £11.5 million being made towards local infrastructure improvements, linked to the planning application.
In addition, David Wilson Homes is continuing to support essential workers through its Key Worker Deposit Contribution scheme, offering £1,000 for every £20,000 spent on a new home.
Ms Burns added: “We encourage anyone interested to attend the launch event and register early, as we expect strong demand.”
The first homes are expected to be completed in later this summer. Visit the new Queens Reach sales centre on Thursday, June 25, 2pm – 6pm and register your interest here: www.dwh.co.uk/new-homes/dev003096-queens-reach/
