ICONIC 1980s super groups ABC and the Human League took to the stage at a packed Victoria Park in Warrington on Friday night for a special show ahead of the Neighbourhood Weekender.
In true 1980s fashion, both groups made the stage their own bringing alive classic hits that made both groups famous through the 80s and 90s as they conquered the New Romantic scene.
First on stage was ABC fronted by lead singer Martin Fry as he treated the audience to such classics as Poison Arrow and The Look of Love, to name just a few…

ABC
This was followed by The Human League fronted by Phil Oakey as he treated fans to a stunning set, rolling out many of their greatest hits including Dont You Want Me, Human and many other classic hits.
Playing to a packed audience, both bands were simply fantastic, making the whole evening a night to remember and one that I will personally never forget. If you get the chance to see these two legendary bands in the future then make sure you do so. A thoroughly enjoyable evening, bringing back fond memories for all the fans on the night.
