An application has been received by Warrington Borough Council for listed building consent to create 10 flats in one of the town centre’s historic buildings.
The scheme, submitted by SPC Warrington Ltd, would involve converting the first, second and third floors of 22-24 Bridge Street into eight two bedroom flats, one single-bedroom flat and one studio flat.
There would also be external alterations to the building.
The application will be dealt with by planning officers under delegated powers.
