FIREFIGHTERS were called out to reports of a bush on fire at Appleton, Warrington, today, Friday.
At 12:42 one crew from Knutsford attended the incident on London Road.
A hose reel was used to extinguish a fire involving some bushes. The surrounding area was then checked for hotspots using a thermal imaging camera.
This is believed to have started accidentally.
