Miller Homes North West has confirmed that planning approval for its Aspen Row development at Omega Warrington has secured £797,387 in contributions towards local infrastructure and community services through a Section 106 agreement.
The investment will support a range of key services in the local area, including education, healthcare, and open space provision, helping to enhance the wider community as the final phase of residential development at Omega progresses.
As part of the Section 106 agreement, contributions totalling £324,165 for primary education and £252,853 for secondary education have been secured, alongside £66,975 to support local healthcare services. In addition, £84,554 has been allocated for open space improvements, with a further £68,837 dedicated to sports facilities.
Aspen Row will comprise 68 homes, including 51 private properties, 6 discount market sale, 6 affordable sale and 6 section 106 homes, forming the final chapter of Miller Homes’ involvement in the landmark Omega Warrington scheme.
As the first housebuilder to deliver homes at Omega, Miller Homes is now returning to complete the final residential phase, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of one of the North West’s most prominent regeneration projects.
As part of the development, Aspen Row will also deliver the long-awaited Neighbourhood Equipped Area for Play (NEAP), featuring aviation-inspired play equipment as a nod to the site’s history as part of the former RAF Burtonwood Airbase.
From Saturday 23rd May, prospective buyers will be able to take advantage of Miller Homes’ Early Bird scheme.
With Miller Homes’ Early Bird scheme, customers will get exclusive priority access to secure their dream home before anyone else does. Buyers will soon be able to visit the Aspen Row website to explore the development using interactive site plans, choose their preferred home and book an in-person appointment at the on-site sales cabin. During the appointment, customers will receive a guide price and be guided through the next steps of the home buying journey before homes are officially released for general sale.
