TWO 25-year-old best friends from Warrington have launched a new group travel company, Just Beyond Adventures, following the success of their first international trip earlier this year.
Founded in 2025 by Charlotte Neale and Rhys Lowe, the business focuses on small-group, experience-led trips across East Asia, offering a more immersive alternative to traditional travel.
The pair, who have been best friends for 10 years, successfully ran their first group trip to Japan in February 2026, bringing travellers together to explore the country beyond typical tourist routes. Following this, they have now launched their next trip — a “Beyond Beijing” group tour to China, taking place in November 2026.
Their trips are open to anyone aged 19+ and are designed to be inclusive and accessible — whether travellers are going solo, feel anxious about travelling alone, travelling with friends, couples, or are even more experienced, their groups are for anyone looking for a new kind of group adventure.
Just Beyond Adventures aims to create more personal and meaningful travel experiences, encouraging people to step outside their comfort zones while exploring destinations such as Japan and China in a unique way.

“Running our first trip to Japan and seeing it all come together was such a proud moment for us. Now launching our China trip feels like the next big step.”
Co-founder Rhys, said:”After seeing how well our first Japan trip went, it gave us the confidence to grow and launch our China tour for 2026. We’re really excited to keep building something that brings people together through travel and new experiences.”
He added: “Our trips are designed to be really inclusive — they’re open to anyone aged 19+, whether you’re a solo traveller, someone who feels anxious about travelling alone, travelling with friends, a couple, or even an experienced adventurer. We want people to feel comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone and experiencing something new.”
The business has been built from the ground up by the two Warrington-based founders and is already attracting interest from travellers looking for unique, small-group experiences.
