Home care company named among Europe’s Top Diversity leaders

Local home care company Home Instead has been recognised as one of Europe’s leading champions of workplace diversity in the Financial Times Diversity Leaders 2026 report, climbing 97 places to rank 312th out of 800 companies across the continent.

The company also placed seventh in the Healthcare (Social) sector, confirming its position as a key national employer driving inclusive growth.
