Argyle expands regional presence with new Warrington office

Argyle has further strengthened its presence across the North West with the opening of a new office at the Genesis Centre in Birchwood.

Strategically positioned in one of the region’s key development hubs, the new office enables Argyle to support its growing portfolio of surfacing, civils, and adoptions projects across Warrington and the wider North West.
“Birchwood is home to many of our clients and partners, making it the perfect base to support our regional growth,” said Ben Shaw, Director at Argyle. “Having a local base here means we can work more closely with our clients, particularly as neighbouring Birchwood Park continues to be a focal point for housebuilding and development in the North West.”
The move follows Argyle’s appointment to the Warrington Borough Council Highways Capital Works Framework, where the company will deliver key infrastructure and civil engineering schemes over the coming years.

It also builds on the acquisition of Lornford Construction in 2023, which has further strengthened the Argyle Group’s geographical reach across Crewe, the North Midlands, and North Wales.
“This growth marks another exciting chapter for Argyle,” added Ben. “By increasing our footprint in the North West, we can strengthen relationships, enhance responsiveness, and continue delivering the high-standard, reliable service we’re known for.”
With this expansion, Argyle reinforces its commitment to building long-term partnerships, improving infrastructure, and investing in the communities it serves.
