Warrington-based entrepreneur Melanie Pollard is preparing to launch a brand-new Alchemy Virtual Assistance (VA) franchise this November, bringing trusted virtual assistant and business support services to local professionals and growing companies across Warrington and the North West.
Melanie has spent over 25 years working as a Legal PA, Paralegal, and Business Support Specialist, before deciding to channel her experience into running her own business. Her new franchise will form part of Alchemy VA’s growing UK network, the only family-run virtual assistant franchise in the country supporting entrepreneurs, small business owners, and busy professionals with flexible, high-quality admin and PA services.
Melanie said, “After many years in corporate environments, I wanted to use my skills in a way that allows me to make a real difference to people and businesses. Melanie’s business will provide a wide range of remote services including diary and inbox management, event coordination, document drafting and transcription, project support, social media, and marketing assistance. She is particularly passionate about helping small to medium businesses in the North West regain valuable time and focus on growth.
With a long career built on organisation, empathy, and professionalism, alongside her recent qualification as a Menopause Coach, Melanie brings a unique, people-first approach to her work and is well known locally for her community involvement, including volunteering as Treasurer and Trustee of a local children’s theatre charity.
