FOUR males have been arrested and three off-road bikes seized after a fence panel was set on fire on the Parkside Link Road near Winwick, Warrington, on Sunday evening.
The police helicopter was called to assist in tracing the offenders, who were eventually caught in the Newton-le-Willows area.
The males had been riding Sur-Ron electric motorbikes when they made off from the location. Officers from the Roads Crime Team based at Penketh police station assisted in the search for the males alongside officers from Merseyside Police and the police helicopter.
The four males were arrested for various offences, and three Sur-Ron bikes were seized.
