VIDEO: AMBITIOUS proposals for a 19-bed boutique hotel in Warrington town centre have been submitted to town planners.
The proposals involve the former Noble’s jewellery premises on Market Gate, overlooking the town centre skittles.
The building has been home to various businesses over many years, including a hairdresser’s and a tattoo parlour.
Now plans to transform the three-storey building into a luxury boutique hotel have been submitted to Warrington Borough Council planners.
The application has been submitted by Neil Trainer, who has already invested heavily in transforming the town centre, including the ongoing works at The Hive on nearby Sankey Street, which is now home to more than 50 local businesses, including a new shopping arcade, driving footfall into the town centre.
Warrington Worldwide was given an exclusive first look inside the building, which includes a stunning stained glass roof window.
