A PLAN for a self-build dormer bungalow on land between two existing bungalows in Warren Lane, Woolston, has been submitted to Warrington planning chiefs.
The scheme has been put forward by local businessman Luke Stacey, who plans to live in the property with his family.
Currently, the land is unused.
The applicant states the property will be of high-quality design, will complement the street scene and infill an existing gap in its form. It would be in keeping with the scale and character of the street, and would not adversely impact on the residential amenity of neighbouring properties.
The proposal includes a garden area, drive and parking space.
