FIREFIGHTERS were called out last night to tackle a suspected arson incident involving a tree at Culcheth, Warrington.
At 20:55 one crew from Penketh attended the incident on Warrington Road.
A tree on fire, due to suspected deliberate ignition, was put out by fireifghters using a hose reel.
Earlier at 18:15 one crew from Penketh was called out to reports of a fire on the cycle track from Fiddlers Ferry to Forest Way.
Beaters were used by firefighters to put out a small area of grass that was on fire on the cycle track.
