A 28-year-old man has been charged following an alleged violent incident on a football pitch in Warrington last year.
Duewan Mckenmon, of Lune Street, Oldham, was arrested on Monday 11 March 2024.
He has since been issued with a postal requisition ordering him to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 13 May to answer charges of attempt wounding with intent, two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent, affray, and possession of an offensive weapon.
The charges relate to an incident at Broomfields Leisure Centre, Appleton, which occurred at around 9.34pm on Monday 11 March 2024.
