THE King & Queen, ln Padgate Lane, Warrington, has re-opened as a “Nest Pub” after undergoing a £340,000 refurbishment by owner Greene King Pub Partners.
Nest Pubs, an innovative pub franchise concept from Greene King, debuted less than a year ago and The King & Queen is only the 10th to open so far.
As a Nest Pub, The King & Queen will focus on providing an exceptional drinks experience, offering great value and customer service, and a variety of entertainment options.
Patrons can enjoy Sky Sports and TNT Sports, featuring all major live sporting events, as well as a regular lineup of live music, karaoke, and pub quizzes.
In addition to drinks, the pub will serve coffee, a selection of pizzas and pies catering to the tastes of hungry pub-goers.
The £340,000 investment by Greene King has transformed The King & Queen with new decorations, fixtures, and fittings, including a revamped bar and seating areas.
The pub will be run by franchisee Michaela Goodier and her team. Michaela has worked in pubs all her life and is now taking the helm as the franchisee, supported by Greene King Pub Partners.
She is eager to welcome customers back to the newly upgraded King & Queen and play a vital role in local life.
