Staff, residents and family members of Keate House care home in Lymm recently kicked off the festive season with a delightful Christmas-themed walk to Ridgeway Grundy Park.
Bundled up in warm layers and sporting cheerful Christmas hats, the group was joined by none other than Father Christmas himself, adding an extra sparkle to the occasion. The spirit of Christmas was fully embraced as everyone joined together in song, filling the air with classic Christmas carols and spreading joy to all who passed by.
Following the walk, the festive celebrations continued back at Keate House Cafe. Residents and staff gathered to enjoy steaming cups of hot refreshments and indulge in delicious mince pies, creating a cozy and heartwarming end to the day’s activities.
“This event was a wonderful way to bring everyone together and celebrate the magic of Christmas,” said Diane Clarkson, Manager of Keate House. “The smiles, laughter, and shared songs truly captured the spirit of the season and brought joy to everyone involved.”
The Christmas walk is just one of many events Keate House has planned to spread cheer throughout Christmas, for more information about Keate House and upcoming events, please contact:
