EMPLOYEES at Ingevity’s Warrington’s manufacturing plant have donated £1,250 to the Warrington Food Bank healthy meals for residents.

In the spirit of the season, the funds were gifted by facility employees who were offered food hampers as an annual holiday gift but chose to donate the monetary value of the hampers to support those in need.
Steve Hulme, president of Ingevity’s Warrington-based Advanced Polymer Technologies business said: “Our team recognizes the importance of giving back, especially during a time when many families face extra challenges.
“This donation reflects the values we uphold as a company—caring for our community and supporting those in need.”

The Warrington Food Bank aligns with Ingevity’s focus on human health and wellness as it provides nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to individuals and families facing difficult times. Ingevity’s donation will help stock their shelves and stop hunger for those facing hardship.
Ingevity says it believes in making a positive difference in the communities where employees live and operate. This initiative is an example of how the company is working to create positive impacts beyond the workplace.
