Three teenage boys charged with burglaries at schools

POLICE at Warrington have charged three teenage boys in relation to a series of burglaries at schools across the town early in the year.

The teenagers, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have all been charged with two counts of burglary other than a dwelling.
The charges relate to four burglaries at Old Hall Primary School, St Barnabas CE Primary School, St Stephens Primary School, and St Gregory’s RC High School.
The incidents occurred between January 1 and January 17.
The boys, aged 13, 14 and 17, are all set to appear at Warrington Youth Court on Thursday 2 January 2025.
