A 41-year-old Latchford man accused of inflicting grievous bodily harm and strangling a woman in Warrington has denied the allegations when he appeared at Liverpool Crown Court.
Christopher Moran appeared at Liverpool Crown Court yestreday (Mon) via video link from prison facing four offences.
Moran, of Richmond Avenue, Latchford, pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm with intent to the woman.
He also denied an alternative lesser charge of inflicting grievous bodily harm; intentionally strangling her and stealing her mobile phone and bank card. All the offences are alleged to have occurred on September 21 this year.
He was further remanded in custody to await his trial beginning in the week commencing March 17.
