Police investigating a robbery two months ago seek the victim!

POLICE investigating a robbery in Warrington Town Centre two months ago are appealing for the victim to come forward.

At 4.30am on February 17 , a boy, thought to be in his late teens, was approached by seven youths who assaulted him and stole his bag on Rylands Street in the town.
The incident was reported to police by CCTV operators; however, the victim has never come forward.
Seven teenage boys, aged 14 to 18, have since been arrested on suspicion of robbery in relation to the incident.
The teenagers have all been bailed and enquiries are continuing.
DC Lauren Pedley said: “The victim fled the scene along with the suspects who, through our enquiries, we arrested. Despite further enquiries, we have not been able to establish who the victim was, and we are appealing for anyone with information or the victim himself to speak with us so we can progress with our investigation.”
