Police crackdown on anti-social behaviour at Lymm

AS part of operation “RAGBAG” police cracked down on anti-social behaviour in Lymm village.

Police Officers from the South Beat Team were out in Lymm addressing community concerns around anti-social behaviour and drugs.

Officers were in plain clothes and carried out six stop searches, drugs were taken off the streets and three offenders were dealt with for drug offences.

They also dealt with Youth anti-social behaviour at The Cross.

Sgt Ann Muldowney said: “The road is not a safe place for children to play football. If your child is missing their ball, I have it. Contact me if you wish to collect.”
