GREY skies and drizzle ensured it was perfect weather for ducks at the annual Lymm Duck Race.
The weather didn’t stop crowds from flocking to the annual event organised by Lymm Roundtable to raise thousands of pounds for local good causes.
Hundreds of plastic ducks were launched into the lower dam as they made their way into the village centre.
There were also fairground rides and food stalls to entertain visitors who travelled from far and wide.
The event was sponsored by local nursery Kids Planet, while businesses sponsored super ducks taking part in the race.
