A teenage woman from Orford, Warrington, with convictions for more than 110 offences has been jailed for assaults on police officers.

Paris Willows aged 19 of Poplars Avenue, Warrington, was charged with 7 offences of assault against an emergency worker when she appeared at South & East Cheshire Magistrates Court today and was given a 12-month custodial sentence.

This is not the first time that she has been charged with this offence.

The court heard Willows had an extensive criminal record, with more than 30 previous convictions for over 110 offences, many for assaults on emergency workers.

The latest assaults occurred last Thursday, March 21, in both Warrington and Runcorn on male and female police officers.

She was also charged with assaulting a woman in Warrington on November 14 and sending the woman indecent or offensive Facebook and voice messages.
