LOCAL police in the Bewsey and Whitecross areas of town are seeking help to tackle increasing issues with anti-social bikers.

In recent weeks local officers have received reports of a significant increase in motorcycle anti-social behaviour in the area.

They say many of these incidents have involved off-road or electric Surron bikes being: .. “driven really dangerously, including pulling wheelies on main roads, driving into oncoming traffic, driving at speed as well as on pavements, roundabouts etc.

“These riders are putting themselves and the public at risk which is causing significant concern in the local community.
“We need your help to take these bikes off the streets. If you have any information about who is riding these vehicles or where they are being stored, please send a private message via Facebook. Help keep your community a safe place from off-road bikes. You can also report anonymously via Crimestoppers website.
