A male was arrested at Burtonwood, Warrington, for breaching a Domestic Violence Protection Order.

Conditions were in place to prevent the individual from contacting or being with the aggrieved person in order to safeguard them.

When police visited the address however, the accused decided to hop out of the rear window to do a runner, but landed straight into the welcoming arms of a waiting officer.
