WARRINGTON rapper Luis Mosquera “Bass Ventura” has been crowned UK Beatbox champion.
Born from the underground in the northwest Luis, who performs under the name “Bass Ventura” is a self-taught beatboxer and rapper from Warrington with distinct on-stage charisma he is redefining musical boundaries, garnering global recognition, a non-replicable sound and inspiring hundreds of students through education.
His digital presence, dynamic style and recognisable bass have propelled him to perform worldwide impacting audiences globally from the Glastonbury festival to the belly of New York, showcasing the power of his unmistakable sound.
Following the 15th edition of the UK Beatbox Championships held at the Lost Horizon HQ in Bristol he has now been crowned UK champion.

The globally recognised beatboxer “Bass Ventura” competed against one hundred beatbox artists from every corner of the United Kingdom and secured the title of THE UK BEATBOX CHAMPION making this the first time in British history that the most prestigious award in UK beatboxing has been held in the Northwest of England.
The Solo winner, 2019 Vice Champion Bass Ventura from Warrington won after his 2nd time in a UK Beatbox Championships final, beating Graycloud from Cardiff, Wales who also has a UK title winning the Team category as A-Cloud in 2019 after 3 attempts.
He is currently touring in New Zealand straight after winning the national championships.
