Santa Dash helps raise funds for disability charity

VIDEO: MORE than 100 Santas of all ages and abilities took part in Warrington Disability Partnership’s annual Santa Dash at Walton Hall & Gardens.

The rain held off as the Santas and some four-legged friends ran, jogged or walked around a 3km circuit helping raise funds for charity.

Supported by Birchwood Shopping Centre those taking part received a five-piece Santa suit, a certificate and a Christmas-themed medal upon completion.

Mayor of Warrington Cllr Steve Wright was on hand to start the event.

Meanwhile, there is still limited availability to visit Santa at his grotto in Walton Gardens from Monday the 18th to Wednesday, December 19th.
But ne quick as all other time slots are now fully booked.
