The licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on at the premises are the sale of Alcohol by Retail; Supply of Alcohol in Bakery Premises; Provision of Regulated Entertainment.

Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Warrington Borough Council to be received at their above address no later than 27 October 2023.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5000.
