Supply of Alcohol Mon – Sun 09:00 – 22:00, except; Bank Holiday Weekends Thurs – Sun 09:00 – 23:00
The month of December Thurs – Sun 09:00 – 23:00
New Years’ Eve 09:00 – 00:30
A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm except bank holidays.
Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH no later than 10th August 2023.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
