BIRCHWOOD Park is marking a major milestone this month – celebrating its 25th anniversary.
The Park will be hosting a range of celebrations through the year, including at the EngineRooms on Friday 19th May, inviting our local community to come along for a day of incredible food and drink offers.
Aligning with the ‘98 purchase of Birchwood Park, the EngineRooms will introduce a ‘1998 meal deal’ where specific products will be priced at 98p to celebrate the year that started the vision to transform Birchwood Park into a pioneer of the workplace and a champion of office wellbeing.
The 1998 menu will include Chef’s 1998 Cheese pasta bake, panko crumbs and salad, for just 98p. This menu is not only a throwback to the restaurants of the 1990’s, but it also shows the Park’s own evolution of the diverse range of street food options that are on offer today.
Visitors and occupiers alike will also be able to purchase the 25th anniversary shortbread, inscribed with 25 years on top, for 98p. Perfectly served with a tall Starbucks coffee, again priced at just 98p.
Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, commented: “To mark the 25th anniversary, we wanted to say thank you to all our occupiers and customers and what better way than with our very special, 98p deals at the EngineRooms.
“For the past 25 years, we have repeatedly invested in new office warehouse and amenity spaces to ensure both occupiers and visitors can ‘expect more’ when they come to the Park. We believe it is the employees that are the most valuable asset for any business, and by looking after our occupier’s wellbeing, we ensure occupier’s staff are more motivated to come to their offices and ultimately be more productive”.
Existing amenities onsite include conference, meeting and event space at The EngineRooms, as well as the recently refurbished Alive & Well gym, available to occupiers for discounted prices, a purpose-built nursery and a number of food and drink outlets across the park.
