TWO friends from Lymm, Holly Matthews and Bree Colclough are taking on the challenge of a lifetime to raise money for St Rocco’s Hospice in Warrington.

In May 2022, Holly’s mum, Vicky Matthews – co-founder of award-winning franchise business, Pink Spaghetti PA Services, and passionate flexible working champion, was diagnosed with a grade four Glioblastoma brain tumour.

She has recently been admitted into St Rocco’s Hospice so her ongoing support needs can be assessed. The staff at St Rocco’s have been so supportive and continue to ensure Vicky is comfortable and well cared for.
Vicky has always been a keen tennis player and is a member of Lymm Tennis Club, playing with her friends and family often, and playing weekly in Lymm’s Women’s team.
Holly and her family friend, Bree, have decided to raise money for St Rocco’s to say thanks for their ongoing support, and they thought what better way to do this than by being on the tennis court! Holly and Bree have decided to push the limits and take on a 24-hour tennis court challenge! They are going to spend 24 hours on one tennis court, at Lymm Tennis Club on Saturday 1st April and would like to encourage anyone to join them for an hour or even longer. No experience is needed – just enthusiasm and support!

Holly and Bree have set up a Just Giving page and the support so far has been phenomenal with over £5,000 raised, but they want to provide even more funds for “this wonderful” Hospice.: www.justgiving.com/page/bree-colclough-1678640051207?checkoutMode=Headless&reference=IG
