WARRINGTON-based professional services provider Optionis Group has revealed that one in ten employees are actively working on an apprenticeship, with around 50 new apprentices engaging in new schemes every year.
To mark National Apprenticeship Week 2023, the company has released data highlighting how many of its employees have committed to apprenticeship schemes alongside their day-to-day roles.
Optionis has a strong track record of supporting apprenticeships, winning a number of awards and just last year ranking 34th in the national league of Top Apprenticeships Employers.
The company partners with six UK apprenticeship providers and has recently worked to expand its scope of apprenticeship schemes, which now include Accountancy, Management, Customer Service, Sales, HR, Payroll and IT.
The group currently delivered almost 100 live apprenticeships with around 95 per cent of Optionis’ apprentices completingmultiple apprenticeships last year, allowing them to progress through to higher levels of education and learning, helping them to upskill and evolve within their roles.
All school leavers aged 16-18 are engaged in an apprenticeship at Optionis, alongside one in five employees aged 21-23.
