Radio General will entertain hospital patients over Christmas

RADIO General – the long-running station that keeps patients entertained in Warrington Hospital – is again providing special entertainment over the Christmas period.

Christmas started with coverage of the Lymm Dickensian Day last Saturday and this weekend sees Radio General broadcasting live the Houghton Weavers concert today followed by the Warrington

Male Voice Choir’s concert “Christmas Voices Christmas Brass” tomorrow (Saturday) – both starting at 7:30 pm
There are live programmes on Christmas Eve, starting at 12:00 noon to 10:00pm and on Christmas Day from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and Boxing Day from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm for requests to be played. At other times during the day there are specially recorded
Christmas programmes to keep the listeners entertained.
