ALMOST two years since the disappearance of Warrington man James Miller, his family is once again urging the public to keep sharing his picture far and wide in the hope that he can still be found.

He was aged 38 when he disappeared and was last seen on Slater Street in Latchford at 11pm on Tuesday 22 December 2020.

His heartbroken sister Emma said: “Unfortunately we haven’t had any updates, and any potential leads have all hit dead ends.

“During this time it’s been like living in another world, you have to get on with your life but yet you feel that emptiness around you every day. Big birthday celebrations he’s missed out on this year where he would be the life and soul of the party and he just isnt there. Halloween and bonfire night two of his favourite calendar times, they just aren’t the same without him setting the fireworks off before we was all ready! Just simple things there is that massive void.

“Christmas is fastly approaching and we are very family-orientated and again he’s just missing. The empty chair where he would be sitting, playing with all the kids winding me and my mum up and avoiding any sprouts!
“We remain positive as it’s all we can do. We hold on to hope every day that we will hear some news or that he’s going to burst through the door.
“We ask the public to Keep sharing his pictures far and wide to keep his face fresh. Yes, he may have changed over the two years maybe facial hair or something but just keep him in your mind when your out and about.
“We will be holding another candlelit vigil on 22nd December time tbc on Victoria Park, Latchford.
Emma added: “If James is reading the article, I want him to know…I MISS YOU SO SO SO MUCH!!! I can’t express how much we need you right now! Please Be Safe.

Despite an investigation into his disappearance and extensive appeals made by his family and friends, James has never been seen since.
At the time he went missing James was wearing a white t-shirt and grey jogging bottoms. He is described as 5’8″ tall with bright blue eyes, of a medium build and with a distinctive scar on the side of his head.
Officers investigating his disappearance have looked into numerous sightings reported to police, which have proved inconclusive.
