Care home wins top prize in Great British Care Awards

KEATE House Care Home, Lymm were winners in the Care Employer category at the Great British Care Awards, North West.
The family-run home is a 54 bed care home specializing in dementia care and employ 75 staff across all departments.
They use a valued based approach to recruitment and feel that residents, integrity and compassion should be at the heart of their team.
A spokesperson said: “Keate House has a proactive approach to development and hold regular team building activities helping to bring camaraderie between the employees. Lots of support and events are held for the staff, including team building days out, go karting and cocktail making.
“Staff enjoy the monthly training award prize and team member awards.
