A BEST-selling author and entrepreneur from Warrington is part of the line-up at a wellness and empowerment festival set to host 2,000 women and young girls at Frodsham.

Louisa Herridge, 42, from Paddington, is founder of Mamas Ignited, and author and mindset coach.
She will part of the line-up of inspiring speakers at Womanifest at the Lady Heyes Holiday Park, Frodsham on September 17 and 18.

Aim of the festival is to encourage women to take time out for their own personal development and wellbeing – and it’s encouraging women bring with them their daughters, or young girls into their lives, to share their experiences.

Louisa will talk on “Rising through Resilience” an 18–minute style talk, linked to her best-selling book, “From the Ashes, She is Ignited” which will share tools to overcome adversity, fear and low self-esteem.
She will tell how she rose from the ashes of domestic violence, mental health and burnout.
After founding her business in 2020, Louisa has supported hundreds of others through her work. Being a part of Womanifest is a further extension of her spreading her message.
She said: “When I put myself forward to speak at this festival I wasn’t sure I would be chosen as there were some prestigious speakers on the lineup, but I’m delighted to say that the festival organiser loved my message and wanted me to share it and not just that… I will also be joining her in Dubai in October to speak at a business retreat!”

Louisa is being sponsored by local business Lockley Design and Build, the brainchild of Joseph Lockley.
He said, “The opportunity to support a fellow Warringtonian entrepreneur was a no-brainer. I have a young daughter and I want her to have all the opportunities available to her and Womanifest sounds like a great way to pave the way.”
Womanifest is spearheaded by Jodie Salt, 43, from Frodsham.
A mum of three teenage daughters, Jodie is a qualified Women’s Assertiveness Coach, a 21st-century feminist and best-selling author of “Woman Up”.

Passionate about supporting young girls as well as women in navigating the 21st Century world, Womanifest is partnering with Girls Out Loud as the exclusive charitable beneficiary – a social enterprise working with young girls from the age of 12 to empower them to channel their potential and make better life choices.
Ensuring there will plenty of opportunities for relaxing and unwinding as well as feeding the mind, the festival will also have tents dedicated to wellbeing and pampering, food, and music along with silent discos, stargazing meditations and catwalk fashion shows.
Louisa said: “The event really will be empowering and liberating. My own mental health and well-being journey has seen me rise from the depths of despair and I’m determined that through speaking I can reach more people and show them that we all have the tools to get through tough times and together we can rise from the ashes.”
