THE team at Kids Planet Lymm has formed a brand new parent and baby walking club, with the hope to build relationships and create links within the local community.
Tawny Ellis, Nursery Manager, said: “Aside from the fantastic benefit of getting children outdoors, we have set up the walking club as we want to give local families the space to get out in the fresh air and socialise with new and existing faces in the community.
“We know it can be difficult for new parents with little ones to meet others and socialise, and they are often not around other adults during the day, so we hope this will be a welcomed chance to break up your busy day, meeting with other likeminded parents to have fun and take a load off.”
The group meets every Friday at 2pm, at the Maltmans Road entrance to Grundy Park in Lymm Village, for a walk and talk with some refreshments.
