Police issue warning after youths seen climbing on town centre rooftops

POLICE have issued a warning after youngsters have been seen climbing on rooftops in Warrington town centre during the summer holidays.

Over the summer period, local officers have said they have received reports of youths on the roof of buildings in the town centre.

They say that while this may seem exciting at the time but is extremely dangerous, adding that the new Warrington Youth Zone has a climbing wall to use if this is what youngsters like to do.
