FIREFIGHTERS were called out to tackle a car fire on Long Lane, Warrington yesterday evening.
Police closed Long Lane, while a fire crew from Warrington attended the scene shortly before 6:30 pm
The fire started in the engine compartment of the car. Firefighters used a hose reel to extinguish the flames.
There were no reports of any injuries.
