Four teenagers in custody and knife seized after fight incident

FOUR teenagers are in custody and a knife has been seized following reports of a fight incident in the Paddington area of Warrington on Sunday evening.

Police were called out to reports of a disturbance at Constable Square involving a group of youths fighting.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson confirmed: “At 7.50pm on Sunday 26 June police were called to reports of fight involving a group of youths on Constable Square in Warrington.

“Officers attended to the scene and three males aged, 15 17 and 19, and a 15-year-old girl have been arrested on suspicion of affray.

“They all remain in police custody for questioning.

“A knife was discarded and located by an officer in a bush.”
