Man, 21, arrested and charged after 75-year-old pensioner allegedly kicked in face

A 21-year-old male was arrested by Warrington Police on Friday night accused of kicking a 75-year-old man in the face causing facial injuries.

The 21-year-old male was arrested in Warrington on suspicion of assault following an allegation that he had kicked the 75-year-old man leaving him with facial injuries.

He has since been charged and remanded and will appear before the courts.
