Police informed after car torched at Culcheth

FIREFIGHTERS were called out during the early hours of this morning to a suspected arson incident involving a car on fire at Culcheth, Warrington.

At 01:38 one crew from Birchwood was called to reports of a car fire in Bevin Avenue, Fowley Common, Culcheth.

A fire involving a car on a drive was extinguished by firefighters using two hose reels. The fire caused damage to a fence and is believed to have been started deliberately so police were informed.
