Foodbank launches urgent appeal for non-perishable food to stock empty shelves

WITH empty shelves in the warehouse, Warrington Foodbank has launched an urgent appeal for non-perishable food.

In a post on social media Warrington Foodbank posted: “The shelves in our warehouse are bare. We are in desperate need of non-perishable food, except pasta. Donations accepted at our warehouse, or participating shops and supermarkets. Please help us to support those in need in Warrington.”

Warrington Foodbank is part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK. Donations of non-perishable food & toiletry items can be accepted at their Warehouse at : Unit 9, Tanning Court, Warrington, Cheshire, WA1 2HF
Opening times: Monday to Thursday 4pm-7pm
