Two men arrested following burglary at Bewsey

TWO men have been arrested following a burglary at Bewsey, Warrington, when two scooters, cash and a mobile phone were stolen.

At 4.45 pm on Wednesday, May 18, police were called to reports of a burglary at an address on Delves Avenue in Warrington.

Offenders had broken into the property via the living room window and stolen two scooters, money and a mobile phone.

Two men, aged 38 and 43, were arrested on suspicion of burglary and have since been released on conditional bail.

The 38-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of possession of class A and class B drugs.
