POLICE are investigating after a car was torched at Birchwood last night.
Shortly after 10.30 pm one fire engine from Birchwood was called to reports of a car well alight on Centurion Close.
Firefighters in breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to put out the flames and asked police to attend as it is believed the fire was started deliberately.
