Woman under investigation for stealing drinks from hospital fridge

A 31-year-old local woman is under investigation after allegedly stealing drinks from a fridge at Warrington Hospital over the weekend.

Police were called to Warrington Hospital on Sunday morning following reports of a woman causing a nuisance.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “At around 11.30am on Sunday 15 May police were called to Warrington Hospital following reports of drinks being stolen from a fridge.
“A 31-year-old local woman was arrested on suspicion of theft and has been released under investigation.”
