A “Cuppa, Chat, Connect” event is taking place at The Park Royal Leisure Club and Spa at Stretton, Warrington, today, May 10, as part of Mental Health Awareness Week, to launch a new collaboration with Life and Mental Wellbeing Coach Jayne Dickens.
The ‘Cuppa, Chat, Connect’ event which starts at 10 am, will be an opportunity for friends and colleagues to enjoy a beverage and a slice of cake whilst relaxing in the company of others during which time they will have the opportunity to discuss mental health and wellbeing matters.
Further, the ‘Cuppa, Chat, Connect’ event will be an opportunity for people to chat with the Leisure Club team about how best to build and maintain their physical fitness, whilst the Spa team will be able to share and advise on the various treatments they offer to help you relax and unwind. Jayne said: “We all know how important it is to spend time with family and friends and the mental wellbeing benefits that we can draw from connecting with others. In addition, if you know of someone who may be struggling with loneliness then why not invite them to come along too?”
Jayne will also be present in the Leisure Club to share information about her coaching service and how through this she works with adults, young people and children in helping them build their mental strength and resilience.
