ANYONE who witnessed a deliberate bush fire on Winwick Road, Warrington, yesterday evening is urged to contact police.
At 6:10 pm one fire crewe from Warrington was alerted to the fire.
Firefighters used a hose reel water jet to put out a nine square-metre patch of undergrowth involving bushes on fire at the side of the road.
Police were informed owing to the fire being started deliberately. Anyone with information should call 101.
