FIREFIGHTERS were called out to another deliberate fire in the open in the Warrington area.
Shortly before 3.30 pm today, Friday, one crew from Birchwood, was called out to reports of a fire in the open on Hillock Lane, Woolston.

The small fire on open ground was extinguished by firefighters using water from a backpack. It is believed that this fire was started deliberately.
Anyone with information can report the incident to police via 101.
